Prep Week is all about readying yourself for your mindset transformation. With its own Manual, exercises and lessons, Prep Week is kind of like a mini-course on its own. This is the time to start thinking about where you are now—and where you hope to be—as far as your attitudes and thoughts about dieting, food restriction and eating habits.
The Step 3 REDEFINE Module, the last of this course, is all about deciding how you'll move forward with your mindful eating practice. This includes learning some strategies for dealing with "bumps in the road" (like cravings) as well as planning and prioritizing the areas of mindful eating that you most want to utilize in your life, and how to help make that happen.
