Introduction & Prep Week

Prep Week is all about readying yourself for your mindset transformation. With its own Manual, exercises and lessons, Prep Week is kind of like a mini-course on its own. This is the time to start thinking about where you are now—and where you hope to be—as far as your attitudes and thoughts about dieting, food restriction and eating habits. 

Step 1: Rediscover

The purpose of the REDISCOVER module is to open your eyes to what can be. To do this, we need to first look at what IS—the state of things now. From there, we can work on envisioning what life could be like if we started to incorporate more mindfulness into our lives. 

Step 2: Reclaim

This module is all about getting back what you've lost—that is, your ability to tune in to your body's natural cues about when and how much to eat. We'll also explore the role of meditation in helping you RECLAIM your innate skills for regulating food intake.

Step 3: Redefine

The Step 3 REDEFINE Module, the last of this course, is all about deciding how you'll move forward with your mindful eating practice. This includes learning some strategies for dealing with "bumps in the road" (like cravings) as well as planning and prioritizing the areas of mindful eating that you most want to utilize in your life, and how to help make that happen.

At nearly 60 pages, this comprehensive workbook coordinates with all of the Steps and Lesson in the mini-course. The Course Workbook is where you'll find the the worksheets and exercises used in this course. There are also notes pages that include photos of each slide. 

Mindful Eating Resource Guide

This list of resources includes books, websites, podcasts, blogs and apps (along with links) to support your mindfulness and mindful eating habits.
